Turkey Sliders

Recently, I've developed a love for turkey sliders.  Partly because it is one of the few no fuss foods I can get my picky six year old to eat.  But also, because it's so good and these turn out so juicy each time I've made them.  Check out below to see how I make them!

Ingredients:
2 lbs of Ground Turkey
2 Tbsp Barbecue Sauce
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Egg
1/4 Cup of Panko breadcrumbs
2 Tbsp Butter
Slider Buns
Lettuce & Cheese (or whatever else you would like to dress your slider, I actually used a couple of spinach leaves and cheese)

Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees.  While it's heating, you can start putting the turkey patties together.

Mix all the ingredients together.  Break off golf ball sized portions and roll them between your hands to form a ball.  Then flatten the ball slightly to form the slider patty.

I line the patties in glass pans while preparing them all for the skillet.

Melt butter in a cast iron skillet on medium high heat.  Place the patties in the skillet and sear each side for about 2 minutes.

Place each of the patties in a baking pan and put them in the oven at 350 degrees for about 20 - 25 minutes (depending on your oven).

When done, dress the sliders however you would like.  Personally, I like to melt a little cheese on top of the patty in the microwave.  You can really get creative with these little mini burgers.  These are kid and adult friendly, too!
