Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake

This makes a great coffee cake.  For this, I always start with a Duncan Hines Classic Yellow cake mix and make some modifications.

What you will need:
1 box Duncan Hines Classic Yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1 cup of water
1/3 cup of vegetable oil
1/4 cup of flour
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup of mini chocilate chip morsels (the regular size morsels are a bit heavy for the batter and tend to sink to the bottom of the pan when baking)

Combine cake mix, eggs, water, vegetable oil, flour and vanilla extract into a bowl and mix with either a hand held or stand mixer.  I feel like I have a little more control with a hand mixer, so that is my preference.

Once the batter is smooth, add in the chocolate chips.  With a spoon or spatula, mix the chocolate chips into the batter.

Spray a bundt pan with Crisco spray, it helps the cake slide easily out of the pan when it is baked and cooled.

Pour the batter into the greased bundt pan.

Sprinkle a few chocolate chips on top to ensure there will be little morsels of chocolate throughout the entire cake.

Bake for about 50 minutes.

The baking time may vary based on the area in which you live.  Once the cake has cooled completely, gently remove it from the bundt pan.
